Hair loss in Autumn

Hair loss is a normal process that occurs in all people. Hair has a normal growth cycle that continues throughout its growth life. This cycle is repeated over the years, starting with hair formation and ending with hair loss.

The Growth Cycle

The hair life cycle is divided into three phases:

1. Anagen: during this phase the hair is growing, at a rate of approximately 1 cm per month. Almost all of our hair is in this phase, normally 90% of the hair is in the anagen phase, and this usually lasts several years.

2. Catágena: during this phase the hair stops growing. Normally 3% of the hair is in this catagenic phase, and it usually lasts about 2 or 3 weeks.

3. Telogen: during this phase the hair follicle (the region where the hair is formed and anchored) rests, it usually lasts about 2 or 3 months and at the end of this phase, the hair comes off. Normally 6 - 8% of hair is in this telogen phase. After shedding, new hair is allowed to grow.

It is estimated that daily, about 50 or 100 hairs fall out normally, and in changing seasons this figure even multiplies. Some situations, however, can alter this normal hair growth cycle and the causes can be varied.

  • Genetic predisposition
  • Certain diseases such as Lupus.
  • Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune disease. It occurs in the form of “patches” on the head or other areas of the body.
  • Hormonal changes, such as after pregnancy.
  • Traction alopecia (due to continued excessive tension).
  • Stressful situations
  • Lack of certain nutrients and Iron deficiency anemia
  • Fungal infections on the scalp It occurs with peeling, discoloration and is accompanied by itching.
  • Seborrheic Dermatitis

If your hair loss lasts approximately more than three months, as long as the Telogen phase lasts, you may start thinking about visiting your doctor to determine the cause of this excessive hair loss. Especially if it lasts more than five months or if it appears in specific regions.

Trico Ioox Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo

Trico Ioox stimulates the hair follicle and strengthens the hair root. It is formulated with Caffeine, Panthenol and Niacinamide.

Its composition allows formulations with minoxidil, retinoic acid, corticosteroids and other active ingredients.

CAFFEINE

It promotes hair follicle proliferation by stimulating cellular metabolism.

PANTHENOL

It is the pro-vitamin of D-pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5). Its deficiency causes dermatological changes. In the hair, it acts as a regulator of seborrheic processes and hair loss, preventing hair damage and providing long-lasting hydration. It protects the scalp and helps the regeneration of the epidermis.

NIACINAMIDE

It's Vitamin B3. It improves blood circulation and helps to metabolize fats, thus regulating seborrhea. It participates in the synthesis of keratin in hair and is therefore used as a fortifier. It acts as a moisturizer and conditioner.

FORTRIX IOOX CYSTINE

“Autumnal” hair loss cannot be avoided, however hair and nails can be strengthened to prevent breakage and make this loss less pronounced, and so that when the new hair grows it will make it stronger and more nourished.

Fortrix Ioox contains

L-CYSTINE

A natural essential amino acid, a precursor to keratin, which cannot be synthesized by the body itself. It is an important component of hair and nail proteins.

VITAMINS B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6

Vitamin complex that regulates hair follicle metabolism and slows hair loss.

TRACE ELEMENTS
