Liposomal Retinaldehyde (Retinal)

Retinaldehyde, or Retinal, is the direct precursor of Vitamin A, with high efficacy and excellent tolerance. It acts thanks to the renewing action it causes on the surface layers of the skin. It has a natural origin, produced and extracted through biofermentation processes of Halobacterium salinarum.

Recognized for its activity in accelerating cell renewal, and for its properties against photo-aging, hyperpigmentation and acne control, it responds with several benefits that improve the overall appearance of the skin:

- Improves the signs of skin aging.
- It provides elasticity and firmness, stimulating the natural production of collagen and elastin and improving hydration.
- Attenuates pigmentation and evens out tone.
- Improves the appearance of oily skin: with antibacterial and sebum-regulating activity, it reduces the appearance of acne and improves the appearance of the tone.

Glycolic acid

Alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) with a short chain and a very low molecular weight. It is also called fruit acid, since it comes from sugar cane, grape, beet and pineapple. In low concentrations it has moisturizing properties. At higher concentrations it is a powerful exfoliant, stimulating the cell renewal cycle. For this reason, it usually participates in treatments against acne and to smooth surface wrinkles.

Niacinamide

Vitamin B3, with sebum-regulating and anti-inflammatory properties, is an active ingredient widely used in combination, oily and acne skin. It also has depigmenting and antioxidant properties, improving the appearance of the signs of skin aging and photoaging.

Hyaluronic acid

Component of the skin's connective tissue and a substance with great moisturizing, revitalizing and regulating transdermal water loss.

Boswellia serrata extract

Also called Indian Incense, is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. It has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, and is used as a formulation to prevent irritations, even on sensitive skin.

Biosaccharides I and II

Anionic polysaccharide obtained by fermentation of plant substrates. They have L-fucose, D-galactose, galacturonic, glucuronic acid and rhamnose, with softening, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties.
