On how to prepare your skin for the sun

We are closer to summer, and the sun feels more intense early in the morning. As the days get longer, we're getting ready for the next few beach months.

But did you know that you can also prepare your skin now?

We are not always aware that we can combine topical and oral protection.

Oral supplements, full of antioxidant, protective and restorative ingredients, can:
  • Help prevent oxidative damage caused by UV rays.
  • Help reduce the occurrence of sunburn
  • Improve immune defense.
  • Improve sun tolerance in people with extreme sensitivity such as autoimmune or pigmentation disorders.
  • Help prevent premature aging caused by solar radiation.
  • Help prevent and protect against eye damage

In addition, it is a good reinforcement for the use of sunscreen because:
  • Sometimes we leave an area that is not well extended
  • We Don't Always Wear the Right Sunscreen
  • We don't apply the right amount
  • We don't repeat the application every 2 hours or after the bath
  • We Forgot to Carry It With Us

How to take the capsules:

Take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the morning.
It is best to start one month before sun exposure and continue throughout the summer, especially during the months of more intense and prolonged exposure.

Always use as an adjunct to topical treatment. The capsules are not a substitute for sunscreen, nor should they be used alone. Both types of protection must always be complemented to ensure good coverage of solar radiation.

Remember to combine the capsules with the IOOX topical sunscreen
